Ash is a seasoned Design Director and Brand Strategist with over twelve years industry experience. She has directed and crafted design and strategy for Australian and international clients across FMCG, health, culture, and technology. A passionate advocate for design education, Ash has lectured and tutored at universities and remains an active voice in the design community. Currently, she heads up the design team at Bandit Design Group, as well as working across their brand strategy offering, turning visions into design solutions, and empowering the team through mentorships and creative leadership.

Nina is a Senior Designer with over 5 years’ experience in brand and experience design. Her practice is grounded in research and conceptually-led craft, blending strategic thinking with creative problem-solving to deliver engaging, thoughtful brand experiences that leave a lasting impression. She holds a Master’s degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute, New York, and brings a strong background in brand strategy, visual identity, design craft, and typography. Nina has worked across a broad range of sectors, including luxury, arts, tourism, and finance, developing a holistic approach to experience design.

Q AGENCY

I’m the Design lead at Q Agency, where I work with our design team across branding, digital, marketing, campaigns, social media and print. I’ve been with Q since the start and have been happy to see it grow from a small team of four people to a growing team of more than 25.

I hold a Bachelor of Visual Communication from Western Sydney University and have been working in design for over ten years. My experience spans both large Sydney agencies, smaller creative studios in Newtown and now helping build the biggest creative agency in Western Sydney. I've been lucky to have been given the chance to work as a solo designer, as part of large design teams of more than 30 people and now in a leadership role supporting a growing team of emerging designers.
